What's the difference between Filmevent Smart, Classic, and Exclusive?
Each Filmevent package offers a unique film experience focusing on teamwork, creativity, and production quality.
Filmevent Smart - A streamlined, interactive team event. Participants choose from pre-made story elements (currently Mafia & Western, more genres from Q3 2025). The film is automatically edited via a smartphone app - no technical skills needed! Everyone takes on two roles - in front of and behind the camera.
Filmevent Classic - A creative experience with professional support. Teams develop their own scripts from various Hollywood genres (action, comedy, sci-fi, horror, etc.). A filmmaker helps with story development, role assignment, and shooting to ensure a high-quality production.
Filmevent Exclusive - The premium Hollywood experience. Everything from the Classic package plus a red carpet, makeup artists, professional lighting, a 'behind-the-scenes' film, and an exclusive atmosphere. Perfect for teams seeking a unique experience.

What occasions is Filmevent suitable for?
Filmevent is perfect for teambuilding events, private parties, birthdays, weddings, and more. Flexible dates and locations make it a standalone highlight or an addition to other events.
What teambuilding elements are included?

How long does a Filmevent last?
Smart ~4 hours (incl. automatic editing)
Classic & Exclusive ~5-6 hours (incl. professional editing)

What's the event schedule?
A Filmevent lasts between 4 and 7 hours. A possible program could look like this:

How many people can participate?
Our events work from five people upwards – there's no fixed upper limit. Events with 1000 people are also possible.
How are the teams structured?
For Smart, we work with 6–10 people per team. For Classic and Exclusive, teams are up to 15 people. For large groups, we also work with larger teams.
Can Filmevent be booked year-round?
Yes! We run events all year round and use what's available on the event day.
Which languages are the events available in?
We offer events in German, Swiss German, English, and French. Other languages are possible with translation by arrangement.
When should you book?
Early booking is recommended – especially between May and October and on Fridays throughout the year.
Is Filmevent available outside Switzerland?
Yes, we organize events across Europe and, upon request, beyond. Our concept makes a lot possible.
What costumes & props are available?
For Smart, there are themed boxes like Mafia or Western. For Classic & Exclusive, we bring a wide selection of costumes, accessories, and props. Exclusive also offers premium items.
What film genres are possible?
For our Smart package, we offer Mafia and Western (more from Q3 2025).
For our Classic and Exclusive packages, we offer a variety of scripts tailored to your needs and the possibilities and advantages of the chosen location.
How long are the films?
Filmevent Smart results in films of about 3 to 5 minutes. With Classic & Exclusive, they're usually 5 to 8 minutes – depending on the story and execution.
What happens to the films after the event?
We make your films available password-protected on a streaming platform. So you can watch them anytime or download them if you wish.
How long does the editing take?
With Smart, the app handles the editing automatically in a few minutes. With Classic & Exclusive, professional editing takes about two hours.
What makes Filmevent special?

How many events do you run annually?
We accompany over 300 film events per year – from small teams to large groups. So, experience is guaranteed.
Can you incorporate company logos or branding?
Yes – we're happy to visibly integrate your logo or product into the film, if you wish. This makes it even more personal.
Can Filmevent be booked as a surprise?
Yes! Many companies book Filmevent as a surprise – the enthusiasm is then often particularly high.
Can guests be invited to the premiere?
Yes, external guests are welcome. They often make the premiere even more atmospheric.
What equipment is needed for the premiere?
For events with up to 100 people, we bring everything. For larger groups, we'll discuss with the location what else is needed.
What happens in bad weather?
We're flexible: in bad weather, we switch to indoor locations or spontaneously adjust the scripts.
Do we get the raw footage?
No – we deliver the finished, edited film. The focus is on a coherent, professional final product.
