Whether as a single film crew or in multiple teams – a film event is flexible in terms of the number of participants. In groups of up to 15 people, you create your own short film with creative guidance and professional support.
In English, French and German
We design events in Swiss German, German, English, French and every hybrid in between. With professional translation we have organized events in many other languages as well.

From a two-hour short shoot to a day-long film festival, we have the right offer for everyone. We transform the booked seminar hotel, your company headquarters or the local cinema into a film set for a few hours.

How does a Filmevent work?
Prepare
Preproduction | 90min.
Before the sparks fly, the team dives into the script, assigns roles, selects props, and chooses filming locations. To ensure a smooth start, we provide a basic storyline with key elements as a guiding thread, but the team adds their own twists and turns. In just about an hour, a unique film takes shape, filled with curious characters and unexpected surprises. Once the roles are set and the locations chosen, the cameras roll. The moment the first person steps into character, the ice is broken, and the adventure begins.
Film
Production | 120min.
As soon as the preparations are complete the team finds itself on set. The creative process begins, and scene by scene, the team's ideas come to life. Whether the shots are dramatic, comical, or action-packed, hidden talents emerge during filming. Take by take, the team becomes more familiar with working on set. In just a few hours, dozens of small shots are captured—of course, with equipment that ensures a cinematic look.
Chill
Post production
During the editing process, the team takes a well-deserved break while the raw footage is transformed into a cinematic experience. The scenes are carefully assembled, enhanced with fitting music, sound effects, and where needed, special effects. The final touches ensure the film has the right look and feel, capturing the essence of the story. How this magic happens remains our secret—but it fits perfectly that during this time, the team can relax with an aperitif, dinner, or another program item.

Soon after filming is complete, the eagerly awaited films are ready for the big screen. The audience gathers, anticipation fills the room, and then—the moment of magic.
